This class will be a sneak peak into what Yoga with Kaylin at Gotta Dance Studio is all about!
Yoga with Kaylin is a basic class with gentle flows between poses.It will be slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises. This is a good place to learn relaxation techniques, beginner poses and become comfortable with yoga.
Each class will be offered with adaptions for students to choose if they want to build more heat and tone the body or if they are needing some gentle restoration. Chair adaptations offered as needed.
Be sure to wear comfy clothes and bring a friend and water bottle.
