This class is for caregivers looking to put the self care back in caregiving! Come and enjoy the most relaxing mixture of gentle stretching and movement, meditation, breathwork, and restorative yoga.
This 4 week series will aim to fill your cup so that you have the resources and tools to continue to support those you love. No previous yoga experience is necessary, you get to come just as you are and receive peace of body, peace of heart, and peace of mind.
Make sure you are wearing clothes where you have full range of motion, a water bottle, and space that you can move freely in.
This class is offered remotely and will be recorded so that even if you can not make it to class you still have access to the content.
