Let’s celebrate all things summer in this inclusive kids yoga series. Kids will practice games, movement, breathwork, and meditation that will leave them feeling grounded, and balanced while fostering strength, flexibility, and mindfulness based skills. All while having fun!
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please be sure to have space to move around in, comfy clothes, and a water bottle.
This class is offered remotely and will be recorded so that even if you can not make it to class you still have access to the content.
