Spring Cleaning Yoga


Lets clean the cobwebs out of your mind, body, and heart. In this class you will flush out old thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that you have no more use for. Leaving you feeling refreshed with new tools and mindset that will help you show up as your best self. 

This inclusive class is open to all ages and abilities, and is a 4 week series, meeting every Thursday in March from 5:30-6:30, that will include breath work, meditation, mindfulness and movement so there is something for everyone. Come to one class or all of them. Make sure you have plenty of space to move around in, comfy clothes and some water. 


This class is offered remotely and will be recorded so that even if you can not make it to class you still have access to the content.
