Come explore the tools of mindfulness and meditation in a space that is inviting of someone beginning their mindfulness journey or the seasoned yogi. This class will give you the foundations of mindfulness and meditation and then build off of that to give you specific practices that you can take with you off the mat and use in your day to day life. You will leave this space with the tools necessary to create balance during times of stress.
This is an all ages and inclusive remote class and will be held on Mondays from October 2nd - November 13th 4:30-5:30pm.
